Jim Murdoch is passionate about language and literature, particularly German and English - not to mention music and motorcycles.
Pursuing a motorcycle-racing career, JM skipped university and worked in engineering, then moved to Cologne, Germany to work with motorcycles, importing/exporting spares and accessories. Since 1991 JM has worked predominantly in the computer games industry in third party product management, European distribution, game design and localization.
Jim Murdoch is also a published fiction author and a Driving Standards Agency qualified motorcycle instructor. He famously played trumpet in the eponymous 'Jim's Ties' garage/swing/blues band and still performs as a solo singer-songwriter.
